The effortless try‑before‑you‑buy shopping service improves customer satisfaction whilst maximising customer lifetime value and minimising the impact of returns.
To meet the increased demand of clients who enjoy our service, we’re growing our team of Style Concierge on flexible working contracts. We are looking for individuals who live for fashion, thrive on delivering customer happiness and enjoy the challenge of working independently as part of a field‑based team.
Please note: This role requires regular evening and weekend availability, as many of our customer appointments take place outside of traditional working hours.
The Role
Our Style Concierge team provides an effortless and personal at‑home shopping experience to clients, acting as brand ambassadors for Harper’s partner brands. From delivery of the pieces they have selected to the advice and recommendations you make, you’ll deliver joy and confidence in our service to the customers you meet.
Due to the nature of our customer demand, appointments frequently take place during evenings and weekends, so flexibility during these times is essential.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll inspire our customers in their purchasing decisions through open and honest feedback and recommendations.
You’ll be a self‑starter who enjoys understanding client needs and helping them find the item that’s just right for their lifestyle, taste and budget.
You’ll enjoy nurturing relationships with individuals, delivering exceptional experiences on luxury brands.
You’ll take pride in your role, living and breathing the Harper values and acting as an ambassador for our brand partners.
Your Experience
You’ll have previous experience in a customer‑facing role, ideally within retail or fashion.
You’ll be a confident and warm personality, with the ability to put customers at ease.
You’ll be a self‑starter who works on initiative and enjoys working independently.
A high standard of personal appearance is your personal trademark.
You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.
Requirements
A clean, full UK driving licence
Minimum of 2 years No‑Claims Bonus
Access to a personal vehicle (car) for travelling to and from appointments is preferable
A confident and experienced driver in London
Clean criminal record (all successful applicants are DBS checked)
