The role
We’re recruiting for a Field Sales / Account Executive to support our continued growth.
This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of your accounts, act as the face of the brand, and drive distribution, rate of sale, and local brand awareness across Pharmacy, Out-of-Home, and Retail.
This is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for someone entrepreneurial, commercially driven, passionate about wellness, and confident representing the brand both in person and across social platforms. The role will also serve as a stepping stone into a National Account Executive or National Account Manager position.
The responsibilities
As Field Sales / Account Executive, you will:
- Own and grow key accounts
- Encourage distribution across pharmacy, out-of-home, and retail
- Identify new business opportunities across Pharmacy, out-of-home and retail
- Drive distribution, rate of sale, and product visibility through education and effective selling
- Build strong relationships with chefs, premise managers, marketing teams, and distributors
- Deliver regular site visits, sampling sessions, and educational activity
- Analyse sales data to forecast performance, plan activity, and identify opportunities
- Act as a social media ambassador and support local brand activation
- Represent the brand at customer meetings, events, and trade shows
- Work closely with Sales, Brand, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Supply Chain teams
The skillset
- 2+ years’ FMCG field sales or Account Executive experience (wellness or functional drinks preferred)
- Proven track record of driving distribution and brand awareness
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing key accounts
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Organised and disciplined, with experience using journey planning and sales reports
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

- Social media savvy, confident acting as a brand ambassador and featuring in social media content from time to time.
