Base Salary: £28,800 p.a. Car Allowance: £6,000 p.a. Operational Allowance: £2,000 p.a. OTE: £57,600+ (double your base) Uncapped commission where top performers can earn far more than their OTE Contract: 1-Year Fixed Term (with a view to become permanent)

Visit local SMEs (cafés, salons, shops, restaurants and more) Speak with business owners to understand how their business operates Identify their challenges, pain points, and growth opportunities Demonstrate simple, effective payment and POS solutions Recommend the right setup based on each business’s needs Manage your territory, pipeline, and follow-ups Work toward monthly sales targets

What We’re Looking For This role requires previous field-based, face-to-face sales experience. You must be comfortable approaching new businesses in person, starting conversations, and converting those interactions into sales. This is not a desk-based or inbound role.
