Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Field Sales Executive based in or close to London and with access by car to the wider South East. It is important that you have access to a car and can drive daily. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll be out and about at least three days a week, driving between gyms, sports clubs, independent stores and other venues to make sure The Curators leading the charge for healthy, protein packed super snacks.


You’ll primarily be responsible for building distribution in the Sports and Leisure channel, forming partnerships with operators in CrossFit, rugby, football, padel, golf and anywhere we feel is a good fit. The job also involves hitting some of our best retail stores to ensure we are looking as great as possible.


About You

This role is about your ENERGY as much as anything else. Yeah sure you need to be bright, organised, trustworthy, hard-working and a great team player, but what really matters is your energy and drive. We want to build a team of positive winners with a gold medal mindset.


  • Energetic, proactive and happy being on the road most of the week working autonomously
  • Confident and comfortable talking to new people and starting new conversations
  • Focused on delivering results with a problem solver mindset
  • Organised, reliable and able to manage your own time
  • Commercially curious and keen to learn how challenger brands really grow
  • We are a competitive bunch and some experience playing or competing in sport is always a bonus
  • Previous sales or field experience is helpful — but attitude matters most
  • Full UK driving licence, comfortable driving in central London and on motorways (essential)

Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement is to have completed your secondary school education
