About the Role As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be the face of Dr. Oetker within the Convenience sector. Your mission is simple: grow distribution, visibility and sales across your territory by developing strong relationships with retailers and delivering outstanding instore execution. This is a hands-on, fast paced role ideal for someone who is self-motivated, target-driven, and ready to make a measurable impact every day. What You'll Be Doing as a Field Sales Executive Performance & Sales * Complete daily store visits in line with KPIs * Achieve sales, distribution and incremental display targets * Negotiate increased shelf space and secondary sitings * Educate store staff and consumers on brand USPs Execution & Compliance * Ensure all products have correct space and availability * Place products in secondary/impulse locations to maximise visibility Data, Reporting & Insight * Record all activity accurately through the data capture tool * Take highquality photos with clear descriptions * Share insights on competitor activity and retailer trends * Report issues promptly via agreed channels Technical * Use sales data and case studies to pre-sell upcoming promotions * Understand retailer systems to gain stock orders and complete corrective actions Financial & Admin * Complete monthly expenses * Manage stock and materials * Maintain journey plans and keep store records updated * Attend monthly team meetings What We're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Confident influencer and relationship builder * Target-driven with great time management * Organised and self-motivated * IT literate * Full valid UK driving licence * Ability to store stock/materials at home Previous retail, FMCG, or sales experience is desirable—but not essential.
