Karcher Design products are sold and distributed by well-established networks.Your Role:As Field Sales Executive UK, you will play a key role in implementing Karcher GmbHs growth strategy by driving new business across the UK. As an individual, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from acquisition and consulting to closing new deals, with a focus on actively acquiring new customers and expanding the existing customer base.What you will be doing:Achieve / exceed the annual sales, margin targets for the sales areaActive acquisition of new customers and expansion of the existing customer baseUnlock New Business: Pursue new business opportunities by collaborating with national and regional wholesale teams and directly securing key accounts to expand our premium brand presence in influential on-premise locations.Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries promptly and proactivelyProvide an appropriate level of reporting and ensure that the company CRM systems are accurately and promptly maintainedWhat we are looking for:You have Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceYou have in-depth knowledge of the sales process, from strategy to closingAt least 3-4 years of professional B2B sales experienceGood working knowledge of MS Office, as well as CRM systemsYou have technical affinity and can work well with products that require both technical understanding, as well as industry norms awarenessYou are outgoing, have strong communication skills and relationship-building skillsYou are willing to travel extensively and have a UK driving licenceIndependent, structured and goal-oriented approach to workYou are customer-oriented, and reliability and a sense of responsibility come naturally to youBased in Greater London with strong local market knowledgeKarcher will offer you:A collegial and productive work atmosphere with short decision-making processes and flat hierarchiesThe fairness, openness, and appreciation of a medium-sized family businessCompetitive industry salary + OTE bonusDatabase of Live CustomersProduct TrainingCompany Car with fuel card and Home Office Equipment (Computer/tablet, iPhone)Joint events such as Christmas parties and barbecuesInterested?Apply below todayJBRP1_UKTJ
