Job Description

We are seeking a polished and well presented Field Sales Executive to join our prestigious high-end luxury clothing brand. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs). This role requires a sophisticated approach to selling, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the drive to exceed sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Generation:
  • Proactively identify and engage potential high-net-worth clients (HNWIs) through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Present and promote our luxury clothing collections to HNWIs, tailoring presentations to the client's unique style and preferences.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing high-value sales.


  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HNWIs, providing personalised shopping experiences and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct in-home or private client appointments, providing bespoke fashion advice and wardrobe consultations.
  • Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.


  • Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM software.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Ensure all sales processes and transactions comply with company policies and legal regulations.


Qualifications:


  • Experience:
  • Experience of new business development in any industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly with HNWIs.


  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • High level of personal presentation and a deep appreciation for luxury fashion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
