In launching a new digital recruitment platform we are combining the best of our experience and quality of service with a more agile and reactive digital staffing model.
In order to unlock huge growth potential, Driver Hire Nottingham & Mansfield are now seeking an experienced, energetic and outstanding field sales person to join the team. Targeting prospect customers, you will use a combination of face-to-face and remote contact in order to generate staff bookings, then utilise the support from our recruitment team to service and manage them.
Given the nature of this position - to develop business right across our extensive territory - it would be suitable for an experience business development manager, account manager or field sales executive.
You will ideally have:
Impressive track record in B2B sales.
Ability to build strong relationships with both key customers and internal stakeholders in territory.
Excellent computer competency and experience in using digital tools to drive customer acquisition.
Excellent diary management skills.
Strong autonomous personality and work great as part of a team.
Tenacious nature and a passion for sales, with a fantastic attitude and a desire to grow on this journey with us.
This position will be mostly field based therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.
