We’re Hiring – Field Sales Executive (North West)


Rematt Ltd is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, outgoing Field Sales Executive to help expand our customer base across the North West of England.


We manufacture high-quality domestic mattresses for retailers and Crib 5 rated mattresses for the hospitality sector, supplying businesses including mattress retailers, hotels, and student accommodation providers.


What makes us different is our closed-loop approach to mattresses. Alongside manufacturing brand-new products, we also operate a mattress recycling and refurbishment division. This allows us to produce our increasingly popular ReCore range, which uses professionally refurbished spring units as part of a sustainable manufacturing process.


This is a field-based role, visiting retailers and hospitality businesses, building relationships, and developing long-term customers for our growing brand.


What we’re looking for:

• Outgoing, confident personality

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated and happy working in a field sales role

• Not afraid of hard work and building new accounts

• Own car and full UK driving licence


What we offer:

• £30,000 – £40,000 basic salary

• Bonus structure up to 20%

• Generous car allowance

• 28 days holiday

• Monday to Friday working
