Salary: £26,500 basic plus uncapped commission with a realistic £40,000 OTE
A full UK driving licence is essential for this role!
The Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will take full ownership of your territory, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and account development. This is a varied and autonomous role where no two days are the same, combining new business generation with account management.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships and delivering tailored solutions that add real value to your clients operations. With a strong product offering and ongoing support from the wider business, you will be well equipped to succeed and grow your portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
Identifying, targeting and winning new business across your territory
Managing and developing existing customer accounts to maximise revenue
Promoting a broad range of essential products and solutions to commercial clients
Understanding client needs and recommending suitable products and services
Building and maintaining strong, long term customer relationships
Planning and managing your own diary to maximise efficiency and coverage
Maintaining an active pipeline and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Providing feedback on market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements

About You
This opportunity would suit someone who thrives in a target driven environment and enjoys the challenge of building relationships and winning new business. You may already have experience in field sales, business development or account management, or be looking to take the next step into a client facing sales role.
You will ideally demonstrate:
A motivated and results focused approach with a strong desire to succeed
Confidence in building relationships and engaging with a variety of clients
A proactive and resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejection
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload
A willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment
Previous sales or customer facing experience is advantageous but not essential
