Job Summary If you’re excited by the idea of helping shape a new team, working closely with a progressive FMCG distributor, and making a visible impact in convenience retail, we’re looking for a Sales Executive to launch our brand‑new field sales team for Red Star, a fast‑growing UK FMCG distributor. You will manage your own territory, represent an exciting portfolio of brands, and report directly into the Red Star client team, giving you exposure, autonomy and the chance to influence results from day one. Responsibilities
Building strong, long‑lasting relationships with store owners and key decision‑makers Increasing distribution across Red Star’s brand portfolio Driving additional sales through effective selling, visibility and ranging Managing your territory and call file to maximise coverage and impact Prospecting new stores and identifying untapped opportunities Acting as the face of the brands in your area – professional, knowledgeable and trusted
Qualifications
A full UK driving licence for at least 12 months Previous field sales or convenience retail experience Confidence building relationships and selling face‑to‑face Comfortable managing a territory and working independently A proactive approach to prospecting and problem‑solving Ambition to grow, develop and be part of something being built
