We’re partnering with a globally recognised premium spirits business, celebrated for its iconic brands and commitment to craftsmanship. They’re now seeking a London Field Sales Manager to own the strategy across Prestige On-Trade and Retail, leading a high-performing team and building partnerships with the industry’s most influential customers. This is a standout opportunity to shape the future of a world-class super-premium portfolio.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead the development and execution of the Prestige strategy across On-Trade and Prestige Retail sectors
• Set and analyse sales, distribution, pricing, visibility, and promotional targets
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of direct reports, empowering them to achieve KPIs
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the channel, ensuring business development targets are met
• Foster strong internal relationships across the Marketing and Brand to support organisational goals

About You:

• Experience in On Trade Spirits is required
• Prestige Retail experience is desired
• Confident and motivational leader with direct management experience
• Highly organised and results-driven
• Willing and able to travel nationally if required
