Join the UK subsidiary of a significant EU manufacturer in one of the fastest-growing FMCG categories: nicotine and energy pouches.
We’re building high-performing retail clusters across key metropolitan areas—and we’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to work alongside our London Sales Manager and make our brands stand out where it matters: in-store.
Role Description – Sales & Merchandising (Independent & Convenience Channel):
Territory-Based in London, Full-Time. This role is all about execution, relationships, and driving sales through great in-store performance.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain presence and build relationships.
Regularly visit a defined group of existing stores, building strong relationships with managers and staff and becoming their trusted point of contact.
Keep products selling and drive re-orders
Drive reorders for our brand, maintain stock levels across the entire product range, and prevent out-of-stocks.
Improve rate of sale (ROS)
Increase sales through better placement, visibility, by managing in-store promotions and in-store engagement.
Execute with merchandising excellence
Ensure strong shelf presence, correct facings, and impactful secondary placements.
Be the voice of the field
Share clear feedback on performance, competitor activity, improvement opportunities.

Driving licence and experience with driving in London

Relevant experience
· Experience in field sales or in-store sales, merchandising, or other directly customer-facing roles
· Experience in convenience, independent retail is a strong plus
· Understanding of how in-store execution drives sales
