  • Salary: £30'500.00 - £36'000.00 OTE

About the role:

As a Van Sales Merchandiser Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring our renowned product lineup reaches its fullest potential in the market. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Drive sales growth and expand the visibility of our diverse product range.
  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Promote new products, oversee merchandising, and maximize shelf space for visibility.
  • Identify new business opportunities while strengthening ties with existing customers.
  • Provide insightful feedback on market trends and actively participate in team meetings.
  • Support and guide new team members to ensure success.


What You Bring to the Team:

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets with a customer-first approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute strategies effectively.
  • A passion for the food industry and a sharp understanding of consumer trends.
  • Familiarity with computer applications and internal systems.
  • A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.


Essential Requirements:

  • A valid driving license.
  • At least 3 years of experience in field sales, retail sales or merchandising.
  • Expertise in the FMCG sector, with commercial insight and food safety knowledge.
