Field Sales Specialist – Convenience

North West London - Field-Based

£28,000 salary + £6,000 achievable bonus + fully expensed company vehicle



The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a globally recognised, high-growth FMCG brand as it continues to invest and expand across one of the most important convenience territories in the UK – North West London.


As the business accelerates its presence in the convenience channel, we’re now recruiting a Field Sales Specialist to take full ownership of a defined patch. This is a highly visible, field-based role where you’ll drive distribution, availability and in-store execution, while building strong, long-term relationships with independent retailers.


Whether you’re an experienced field sales professional, or someone ready to step into their first sales role from retail or hospitality, this is a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career with a world-class brand.


The Role

As Field Sales Specialist, you’ll be the face of the brand on your territory, with real autonomy and responsibility for performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing existing stockists through merchandising, POS and promotional execution
  • Driving distribution and availability across independent convenience stores
  • Executing local activations and promotional initiatives
  • Supporting and engaging distributor partner teams
  • Owning your territory end-to-end, with full accountability for results


This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days look the same.
