You will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and optimisation of CNC machine tools at customer sites across multiple industries.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out CNC machine tool service activities including breakdown response, fault diagnosis, repairs, refurbishments, relocations, installations, and calibrationsDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and CNC control system faultsWork on CNC controls, drive optimisation, and PLC related projectsConduct machine geometry checks, alignment, and accuracy verificationComplete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and servicing schedulesProduce detailed service reports, technical documentation, and machine assessment reportsSupport internal teams with technical advice and spare parts identificationTravel extensively across the UK, including overnight stays when requiredAbout YouProven experience servicing and repairing CNC machine toolsStrong mechanical and electrical fault-finding capabilityWorking knowledge of CNC controls, PLCs, and drive systemsWilling and able to travel UK-wide with overnight staysFull UK driving licenceTo find out more or to discuss this opportunity in detail, apply today or call(phone number removed)and ask forJodie Dobson.JBRP1_UKTJ
