Job Description

M Pro Recruitment is working with an established materials handling equipment provider to recruit a Field Engineer operating out of a Bristol depot, covering Somerset and surrounding areas.


The Role:
Youll be responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of materials handling equipment at customer sites, delivering a high standard of technical support and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service, maintain, and repair MHE

  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently

  • Complete job reports and documentation

  • Liaise professionally with customers on site

  • Work independently while representing the business


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Field Engineer or similar role

  • Mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic fault-finding skills

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills

  • Ability to manage workload independently


Package:

  • Salary up to £38,000 depending on experience

  • Company van, tools, and equipment

  • Monday to Friday working pattern

  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
