We're Hiring: Field Service Engineer - (Remote with Travel)\n\nAre you an experienced Engineer looking for a dynamic, customer-facing role with international exposure? Join a leading industrial solutions company and play a key role in delivering high-quality heating and control systems across the World. \n\n About the Role\nAs a Field Service Engineer, you'll support customers on-site with installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial heating equipment and control panels.
This is a highly collaborative role, working alongside engineering, supply chain, and sales teams to deliver exceptional service.\n\n What You'll Be Doing\n* Traveling extensively (80%+) to customer sites across the region\n* Performing equipment start-up, diagnostics, and troubleshooting\n* Conducting electrical and mechanical inspections\n* Supporting installations, upgrades, and service contracts\n* Training customers on operation and maintenance\n* Collaborating cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement\n* Promoting and maintaining a strong safety culture\n\n What We're Looking For\n* Proven experience as a field or service technician\n* Degree in Electrical/Electronics (or equivalent)\n* Strong troubleshooting and field wiring skills\n* Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities\n* Flexibility to adapt to changing environments\n* Ability to work independently and within a team\n\n Why Join?\nYou'll be part of an organisation that values safety, collaboration, customer focus, excellence, respect, and integrity.
