For a Field Service Engineer\n\nWhat is the Role?\n\nWe are looking for Field Service Engineers within the LEEDS/SHEFFIELD Region.\n\nThe main responsibility of the Field service engineer is to install, service and repair traditional and automatic coffee machines to our high standards and to accurately record all work conducted to ensure it can be invoiced as required to the customer.\n\nOther key field service engineer responsibilities include:\n\nInstalling and setting up coffee equipment on customers premises.\n\n * Conducting the demonstration of our equipment.\n\n * Attending customers sites to carry out routine servicing.\n\n * Accurately administering installation, service, and repair activities, through company systems\n\n * Support the efficient organisation of work routines for employees within the team.\n\n * To effectively manage time to meet deadlines.\n\n * To consistently deliver superior customer service throughout\n\nYour Skills and Experience?\n\nSome previous electrical experience.\n\n * Ability to show initiative and adapt to frequently changing requirements.\n\n * Excellent attention to detail.\n\n * To be able to follow company procedures, client specifications accurately and safely.\n\n * To be able to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.\n\n * A willingness to learn and attend training.\n\nCompetitive Salary £32k (£35k plus overtime and bonus\n\n * 30 days Holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)\n\n * Full training\n\n * Remote working with a company vehicle\n\n * Private use of company vehicle\n\n * Paid door to door\n\n * 5 day working week (to include one weekend day in 4, with the Friday or Monday off instead)\n\n * Lots Opportunities to work overtime\n\n * Supportive Management Team\n\n * Excellent training\n\n * Excellent career progression
