Your responsibilities as Field Service Engineer
Respond to site-based service calls, resolving snagging issues quickly and effectively
Ensure all products meet warranty standards and customer expectations
Carry out repairs, servicing, and adjustments on installed products
Complete all service documentation accurately and within required timeframes
Maintain vehicle stock to support first-time fixes on site
Install windows and composite doors when required
What we’re looking for in a Field Service Engineer
Previous experience working with PVCu windows and doors within new build environments
Strong fault-finding and snagging resolution capability
Full UK driving licence
Experience completing service reports and job documentation
Exposure to bifold doors is advantageous
