Field Service Engineer\n\nCommercial Coffee Machines - London\n\nWembley, Ilford, Bromley, Croydon, Central London\n\n£36,000 - £42,000 Basic Salary + £2k London Weighting (within M25) + Van / Oyster Card + Overtime + Bonus + Benefits\n\nHave you been a field service engineer before?\nFamiliar with electromechanical products?\nUsed to working in an SLA focused, fast paced environment?\nEnjoy coffee (not essential)?Our client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their expanding team in the M25 and London. Great training opportunities and a chance to further develop your career.\n\nYour Role as a Field Service Engineer:\n\nYou'll be field based from home and covering a local territory.\nConducting services, installations, reactive repairs and end-user training on a range of commercial coffee and drinks machines.\nUsing a mixture of electrical and mechanical skills to ensure a strong first-fix rate.\nMaintaining spares stock in your vehicle.\nYour service diary is organised for you a week in advance.\nFlexibility on start times between 6am-9am.\nReporting to the Regional Service Manager and Senior Service Engineer\nMonday - Friday, daytime hours + 1-in-4 weekends.Ideal Background for the Field Service Engineer Position:\n\nYou really need some previous field service engineering experience working with electromechanical systems. \nIdeally coffee and drinks machines but training can be provided for the right candidate.\nYou'll have worked in fast paced environments with emphasis on SLA's and KPI's.\nEmpathetic and customer focused.\nA good sense of humour.\nStrong communication skills.\nA love for coffee is advised but not essential here!\nFull UK drivers' licence and right to work in the UK indefinitely as no sponsorship will be provided.\nWilling and able to travel to customer sites in and around Central London.The Company recruiting for the Field Service Engineer:\n\nA rapidly growing and expanding coffee and drinks service provider.\nStrong customer service offering: a company who take pride in their work.\nA casual office environment.\nLonger term progression opportunities.The Package for the Senior Service Engineer:\n\n£36,000 - £42,000 basic salary, depending on experience.\nA further £2k per year if residing within the M25.\nCompany Van / Oyster Card & Tools.\nUncapped overtime available.\nAvailable Bonus.\nFlexibility of working extra weekends or working separate days on weekends.\nOn-going training\nLife, medical, and dental insurance.\n25 days holiday plus statsPlease apply for this job online if you are interested and feel you fit the above criteria.\n\nDave is the main point of contact for the role.\n\nINDENG
