Field Service Engineer Vending / Coffee Machines, South & Central London, £35-£40k

My client is a professional, established and very successful company providing businesses in the South and Central areas of London with vending and coffee machines. They are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team to fill, clean and maintain premium coffee & vending machines to the standard required by the customers.

You will be assigned a specific area to manage, as we believe that getting to know your clients is the most important factor in delivering great service. Your area will predominantly consist of countertop and floor-standing coffee machines, so experience in this category is required. Working with the wider Service Desk and Technical team, you will be visiting sites to conduct PPM, breakdown calls courtesy visits. As we continue to grow, you will also assist in the installation of machines at new sites.

Key Responsibilities: -

Installation & Maintenance: - Install and set up new vending machines at customer sites, ensuring they are fully operational and meet all safety and operational standards. Planned preventative maintenance visits across your set area to reduce future breakdown calls. Reactive breakdown calls, responding within the agreed SLA for each client.
