Our client, a prominent company in the Defence & Security sector, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting routine and reactive maintenance on a range of defence and security equipment
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in the field
Providing on-site support and training to customers
Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Preparing and maintaining detailed service records and reports
Collaborating with engineering teams to improve the reliability and functionality of equipment
Travelling to various locations to provide timely and effective service support

Job Requirements:

Experience in field service within the Defence & Security sector
Strong technical problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance
Ability to travel frequently and respond to service calls on short notice
Relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience
