You will diagnose and resolve faults, complete precise documentation, and provide training to customers to maximise equipment reliability and performance.Key Responsibilities:* Deliver on-site repair, maintenance, overhaul, and upgrade services for core systems.* Diagnose and resolve technical faults, recommending and implementing corrective measures.* Conduct customer training and provide clear operational guidance on equipment and processes.* Complete mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical assembly work to required specifications.* Prepare accurate service documentation and reports, including work logs and checklists.* Process replacement and repair orders in coordination with internal teams.* Support the execution of service contracts and maintain up-to-date customer documentation.* Liaise effectively with engineering and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and support.* Identify opportunities for process improvements and communicate training needs.Requirements:* Electric...
