Role Overview
Attending reactive callouts to diagnose and repair vending machines Servicing, maintenance and component replacement across machines Installation and setup of vending and refreshment equipment Working towards KPI targets such as response times and first‑time fix rates Completing accurate job records Managing van stock and ensuring required parts are ordered Providing professional communication with customers on site
