Field Service EngineerLocation - BuckinghamshireSalary - £30,000 per annum excellent benefitsWorking Hours - 8:15am5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:15am12:45pm on Friday, with flexibility required to support customer visits.We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to join our Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys variety, customer interaction, and working with electro-mechanical equipment both on-site and across customer locations in the UK and Ireland. As a Service & Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, calibration, servicing, and ongoing support of electro-mechanical equipment. The role involves a mix of office-based work and customer site visits, offering excellent exposure to different technical environments.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, commission, calibrate and service electro-mechanical test equipmentProvide planned maintenance support at customer sites across the UK and IrelandComplete accurate service reports and related documentationDeliver customer training on equipment use and basic maintenanceProvide day-to-day technical support via ticketing system, email, remote access and phoneEnsure all company equipment is operating correctly and is calibrated as requiredLiaise with suppliers to resolve technical queries and build technical knowledgeWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in a service or support engineering role (highly desirable)Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with some electronics exposureA capable problem solver with strong attention to detailConfident communicator, able to engage professionally with customers at all levelsComputer literate, including MS Outlook, Word and ExcelThe PackageAnnual car allowanceAll business expenses reimbursed25 days holiday bank holidaysWorkplace pension with enhanced employer contributionsIf youre a practical, customer-focused engineer looking to develop your skills in a supportive and growing business, wed love to hear from you.INDMANIf you'd like, I can also tighten the copy, make it more sales€driven, or adjust the tone for job boards like Indeed or LinkedIn.JBRP1_UKTJ
