The engineering department delivers exceptional customer service on a daily basis and has the most customer contact of any department in the business. Therefore, your day-to-day contribution will be instrumental in driving continual improvements and in cementing our brands position as the leader of our industry. Although a demand driven role occasionally requiring the need to be able to deviate from a planned schedule, you are backed up by a wider team of service and spares planners to help maintain as much pro-activity as possible to keep excess travel and overnight stays to a minimum and spread evenly across the team.Customer focus is very much at the heart of YPS so investment is and always will be provided to continually improve this where possible.
