As the Field Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and exceeding business goals.

Day to day, you'll lead a team of skilled Lift & Escalator Engineers working on industrial lifts. Guiding them towards successfully achieving our Business Plan targets for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), LOLER defects, and call-outs within our branch's designated area.

You'll have the opportunity to shape and inspire your team. Ensuring that they consistently deliver exceptional service that aligns with our company values and Health and Safety standards.

This job is a great opportunity for an experienced Lift Engineer looking to progress into a management role.

The successful candidate will be based from our Brackley Service Branch, however, travel throughout Brackley is to be expected therefore a full UK driving licence is essential.

Working hours: Monday-Thursday and Friday 08.00-15:45

This Lift Manager job would be suitable for someone who has previously worked as a Field Service Manager, Lift Service Manager, Lift Repair Manager, Lift Service Supervisor or similar
