Job Description
Aftermarket Service Engineer – Cleanroom & Containment
A leading manufacturer of containment and cleanroom systems is seeking an Aftermarket Service Engineer to service, test, and revalidate equipment at customer sites. This is a highly field-based role (90–100% travel, weekdays away, weekends home). All travel and accommodation expenses are covered.
Responsibilities
Service, revalidate, and upgrade containment and cleanroom equipment Perform airflow testing, DOP/HEPA filter integrity testing, and particle counting Calibrate pressure and velocity instruments Fault-find electrical and mechanical issues Complete service reports, IQ/OQ, and certification Identify spares, service, and upgrade opportunities
Requirements
Experience with airflow testing, DOP testing, and particle counting Service/commissioning background in cleanrooms or containment Engineering qualification or apprenticeship () Strong organisation and documentation skills Full UK driving licence
