Job Description

Pay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year + Overtime

Field Base in Newcastle and surrounding areas

Exciting opportunity working for a tech company where you will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, and repairing equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance

Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently

Calibrate sensors, control units, and associated hardware

Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting

Complete service documentation and reports accurately

Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations

Support continuous product improvement by reporting field feedback

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or similar role

Mechanical aptitude and experience working with equipment

Experience working on construction, plant, or industrial machinery beneficial

Full driving licence

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
