Do you take pride in delivering accurate results, working outdoors, and being part of a collaborative team?We are looking for motivated and enthusiasticField Techniciansto join our expanding Construction Materials Testing Division in Bellshill.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with proven experience in construction materials testing who are looking to develop their careers within a supportive and forward-thinking you dont yet have the desired experience but have an interest in becoming aField Technician, consideration will be given to the right candidate and full training will be provided.If you're ready to be part of an innovative, fast-paced environment where your contributions truly make a difference, wed love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct on-site sampling and testing of construction materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphaltPrepare and maintain vehicles, tools, and testing equipment before and after site visitsAccurately complete test sheets and input data using tablets or digital systemsLiaise with senior staff regarding work schedules, sample requirements, and testing proceduresFollow all quality control and health & safety procedures on siteContribute to continuous improvement and uphold company standards at all timesPerson SpecificationProven field-based experience in construction materials testingStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and well organisedAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull, clean UK driving licenceAbility to manually handle samples (up to 20kg)DesirableExperience in a UKAS-accredited testing environmentKnowledge of relevant testing standards and proceduresCSCS cardSalary and BenefitsCompetitive salary (dependent on experience), plus overtime and enhanced weekend rates33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)Annual Leave Buy & Sell SchemeEnhanced Maternity & Paternity PayContinuous training and professional development opportunitiesMedical cashback planDeath in service scheme and financial wellbeing supportFamily-friendly health and wellbeing policies and a strong worklife balance cultureJBRP1_UKTJ
