• Submit bills to clients
• Assist with e-billing
• Assisting with the Credit Control function: monitoring the shared mailbox, client statements, monitoring debt
• preparing monthly reports
• Posting bills, monitoring charges, resolving unallocated cash
• Other ad hoc duties required

About you

• Background in professional services
• Previous billing experience and credit control
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
