Leading Facilities Management Company
A leading Facilities Management company is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Administrator to join their team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation offering stability, structure, and long-term career development.
This role will suit someone with strong financial administration experience, ideally within an FM, construction, or service-led environment.
The Role
As Finance Administrator, you will support the finance and contract teams with day-to-day financial processes, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control, and timely processing of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Raising and managing purchase orders
• Processing supplier invoices and resolving invoice queries
• Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions
• Assisting with monthly financial reporting and reconciliations
• Monitoring budgets and tracking contract costs
• Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Supporting payroll administration where required
• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
• Updating internal systems and ensuring data accuracy
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience in a Finance Administrator / Accounts Assistant role
• Strong understanding of purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliations
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment (FM experience beneficial)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
