About the Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will support informed decision-making by providing high-quality financial reports, performance analysis, and clear commercial insights. You'll contribute to both operational effectiveness and longer-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Monitor weekly performance metrics, identifying emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
Produce monthly cost centre reporting and provide commercial insights to stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting commentary.
Contribute to developing a detailed quarterly reporting pack for strategic review.
Analyse payroll data to support workforce planning and financial forecasting.
