Who we are recruiting
We are currently seeking a Finance Analyst to join our Manchester office, offering a rare opportunity to step into a newly created role within MCR Property Group's growing Commercial Finance team. This position has been established to support the continued expansion of the business and plays a vital role in how we report, manage, and communicate financial performance across a rapidly evolving portfolio.
In this role, you will take ownership of monthly and quarterly financial reporting to multiple lenders, ensuring information is delivered accurately, clearly, and on time. You will be responsible for monitoring financial performance against lending covenants, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing meaningful analysis that supports both compliance and commercial decision-making. Working closely with Fund Managers and Property Managers, you will coordinate the production of periodic property-level reports, ensuring financial data aligns with operational performance and lender expectations.
You will play a key role in shaping how financial information is presented externally, providing insight and recommendations to the Commercial Finance team to support high-quality, professional lender reporting. This will include developing and maintaining financial models to support lending requirements, refinancing activity, and due diligence processes, as well as supporting expenditure planning in line with lender agreements and reporting frameworks.
The role will also involve preparing and maintaining cash flow forecasts, managing reporting timetables, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met across multiple funding structures. You will collaborate with colleagues across finance, asset management, and property teams to ensure all financial reporting meets lender requirements, remains compliant with legal and contractual obligations, and reflects the commercial reality of the assets.
