About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant with a strong focus on Purchase Ledger to join a highly regarded commercial legal firm. Key Responsibilities Inputting purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently Liaising with budget holders to obtain timely payment approvals Reconciling supplier ledger accounts against statements Maintaining accurate records of legal searches and completing reconciliations where required Preparing supplier payments in line with company policies and deadlines About You Previous experience in a finance/ purchase ledger role.
