KeyResponsibilities:
Theproductionofinvoicesitemisingallchargesbasedoninformationfromstaff
Monitoringandrecordingofreceiptsandfollowinguponlatepayments
Maintainingthepurchaseledger,includinginputofinvoices,reconciliationsandstatements
FortnightlyBACSpaymentrunforallsuppliersandstaffexpenses
Inputtingdetailsofinvoicesandpaymentstothecomputerundertheappropriatenominalcodestoenablethecreationoftermlyaccountsandannualaccountstothetrialbalancestage.MaintainingtheNominalLedgertoproduceaccounts
Managingthemonthlypayroll,pensionsandexpensesprocess,ensuringthatstaffarepaidontimeandinfull,andinvestigatingpayqueries
Productionandsubmissionofmonthlyandannualpensionreportsasrequired
Bankingofmoniesreceivedandmaintenanceofpettycashrecordsandfloat
