Finance Assistant (Full-time, permanent)

Hybrid - 3 office days in Aylesford, Kent

What is a Finance Assistant role at Prinova Solutions?

We are looking for a motivated Finance Assistant to provide support to the Finance department and to ensure that transactions processed through the purchase and sales ledger are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

What to expect?

  • Processing purchase ledger & inventory invoices.
  • Uploading invoices in our Document approval system
  • Coding invoices to the appropriate account
  • Follow up on invoice approval with the appropriate manager
  • Reconcile supplier statements and keep them informed about the next payment run.
  • Raising payments to suppliers.
  • Credit Control backup
  • Processing Customer Receipts and Bank Payments
  • Creating and posting general ledger journals.
  • Raising Debit Notes to Intercompany accounts
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Accruals & Prepayments

Does this sound like you?

  • Education to GCSE standard minimum
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook to a minimum of Advanced Standard
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
