Key Responsibilities:
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department.
Loading supplier invoices and sending for approval Processing monthly payment runs Updating the cashbook on their accounting system. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers. Handling general enquiries Preparing commission statements efficiently. Loading sale invoices Assist with debt collecting Overseeing the sales statement process
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in Purchase Ledger Proficiency in using Sage software is beneficial An accounting qualification, preferably AAT Level 3 or equivalent is beneficial Exceptional communication skills Strong organisational skills and effective time managementOffice Angels is an employment agency and business.
