Finance Assistant Hybrid Ballymena (2 days per week onsite) We are working with a fast-growing, PE backed global technology business that continues to scale following recent success and investment. As part of this growth, they are expanding their finance function and are now seeking a Finance Assistant. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this role is central to ensuring the smooth running of core finance processes. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role across payroll, ledgers, reconciliations, and reporting, while contributing to continuous improvement within a high-performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid finance experience who enjoys ownership, thrives on accuracy, and wants exposure to an international, scaling environment.
