\nWe are actively seeking a Finance Assistant for a well established Manchester city centre based company.
\n
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.
\n
\nThe main duties include:
- \n\t
- Bookkeeping \n\t
- Sales Ledger \n\t
- Credit Control \n\t
- Purchase Ledger \n\t
- Process and reconcile staff expenses \n\t
- Manage the shared finance inbox \n\t
- Perform regular bank reconciliations \n\t
- Raise and track purchase orders \n\t
- Prepare monthly payroll data \n\t
- Support VAT returns \n\t
- Project system support \n
\nOur client is looking for a candidate who has:
- \n\t
- Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and Credit Control experience \n\t
- Experience of using accounting software (Ideally Xero or QuickBooks) \n\t
- Excellent communication skills \n
