About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Finance Assistant to join our busy team based in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced industrial environment, supporting key financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day finance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing payroll accurately and on time
Managing purchase ledger activities, including invoice processing and supplier payments
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Assisting with month-end procedures
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasksAbout You:

Previous experience in a finance or accounts role
Strong understanding of payroll and purchase ledger processes
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and finance systemsWhat We Offer:
