Description
Process invoices, expense claims, and payments with accuracy and efficiency. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and monthly reconciliations. Manage data entry tasks for the Accounting & Finance department. Support the team with budget tracking and forecast updates. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Collaborate with other departments to address financial queries. Assist with audit preparation and provide relevant documentation as needed. Contribute to process improvements within the finance function.Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.
