Finance Assistant Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday Friday 9:00am 5:15pm (Office Based)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join the Finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Credit Control and/or Sales Ledger who enjoys working in a structured, supportive environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
The Role Monitor and reconcile customer accounts, allocating payments daily

Maintain aged debt reports and follow up on overdue payments

Support credit control processes, including issuing statements

Maintain accurate customer account records

Reconcile overseas supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

Process overseas supplier invoices , matching to cost estimates and obtaining approvals
