Our client is seeking a process-driven Finance Business Analyst to support major transformation initiatives across the Finance function. This role focuses on understanding Finance processes, documenting requirements, and ensuring successful delivery from System Integration partnersrather than deep technical build. You will work closely with Finance teams to improve end-to-end processes and validate financial outputs. The role is well-suited to someone with strong finance process knowledge, FP&A exposure, and experience working on finance transformation projects in federated or decentralised environments.

Key Responsibilities Provide Business Analysis for the finance transformation programme including key projects such as the migration from TM1 to Oracle Fusion and profitability tracking. Work closely with Finance and FP&A teams to elicit, document, and validate business requirements. Apply
