Finance Business Partner/ SAR Cost Controller Analyst Duration: 9 months Location: Manchester – Hybrid working (2 days onsite, 3 remote) Pay rate: £33.19 per hour PAYE Hours: 37.5 per week Job Description: -Financial support & process management for SAR related functions -Be the Finance Business Partner and provide financial advices to Department Lead -Understanding the cost drivers of Cost Centers / Department and provide insight to the non-finance members -Be responsible for financial advice and support to decision making: advise on costs, consulting spending, FTEs, planning and reporting -Understand financial opportunities and risk -Participate in review during Outlook and Target planning cycles -Propose process improvements & lead improvement initiatives implementation -Process Management -Ensure timeliness and correctness of month end close activities for the Functions (accruals, reclassifications, allocation, FTE assignments) -Review and comments deltas and overall results to finance and non-finance members -Plan costs and FTEs at cost center level during Outlook and Budget cycles -In charge of Capex controlling activities (depending on the function needs) & be the main point of contact for senior management for supporting new business case setting up -Analyze financial information for errors and trends
