We are supporting a growing organisation based in East Leeds in the recruitment of an Interim Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who thrives on working closely with operational teams and influencing business performance.

This role requires a strong operational business partner who can translate financial data into clear insights and support decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to operational and commercial stakeholders
\n\t
• Deliver financial analysis, insight and challenge to support business performance
\n\t
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and robust projections
\n\t
• Provide margin analysis, cost control insight and performance reporting
\n\t
• Work closely with non-finance teams to help drive commercial decision-making
\n\t
• Support investment decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis
\n\t
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and stronger financial visibility
\n

About You

\n\t
• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or strong QBE with relevant experience
\n\t
• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance role
\n\t
• Strong operational business partnering experience with the ability to influence stakeholders
\n\t
• Excellent analytical and commercial finance capability
\n\t
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
\n\t
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex financial information
\n
