Job Title: Finance & Contract Support Manager We are a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Finance Manager to join the growing team located in Aberdeen. This position serves as a Finance Business Partner for the Aberdeen team, working closely with operational leadership to drive business performance while ensuring adherence to financial governance and compliance standards. What you will do:

Assist in driving Financial and Contract Governance across the Account to ensure accurate, timely and consistent reporting Ensure appropriate Financial Control is in place on the account and managed on a monthly basis including, overseeing balance sheet reconciliations for the Account and ensuring timeliness / accuracy Participate in monthly account business reviews and manage agreed Finance actions Understand, anticipate and deliver customer (internal and external) needs while building effective relationships Build and develop relationships with Client teams and key leaders Positively respond to both our internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility Have thorough knowledge of procedures and processes, and operate them to the required standard Manual accrual ownership – review, validate and challenge operations team to manage efficient processing of payments Monthly payroll review – ensure that correct costs are allocated to the account corporate P&L and any recharges processed Debt report - ownership of debt management Business Review - production of pack Monthly prefund reconciliation - ensure all costs charged to TR Drive Corporate profitability

What we are looking for:

Hold a Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent) Experience working in a business partnering focussed approach to drive results.
