Finance Business Partner - £300 - £400


Our client are a dynamic and well established business who are currently seeking a qualified accountant with previous experience of partnering closely with non finance to provide insightful analysis and influence decision making to drive performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver clear financial analysis and insights to support operational decision-making
  • Produce timely management reports and performance updates
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term financial planning
  • Analyse costs and performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and efficiencies
  • Support profitability by reviewing revenue and cost drivers
  • Develop business cases for investment and change initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders as a trusted financial advisor


Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with experience of partnering with non finance colleagues. Experience within the retail or hospitality sectors will be an advantage but not essential
