Finance Business Partner | Media Business | £70,000 - £80,000 | London (Hybrid, 3 days office)


A fast-paced and growing media business is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support a number of key areas across the organisation.


This is a highly commercial role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, supporting decision-making and helping to drive overall business performance.


Operating within a dynamic environment, this role offers strong exposure across the business and the opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day performance and longer-term strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with teams across the business, acting as a key point of contact for finance
  • Support delivery of monthly results, ensuring clarity and accuracy of performance
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting across financials and key metrics
  • Analyse performance trends, highlighting risks and areas of opportunity
  • Build financial models to support decision-making and new initiatives
  • Prepare clear and concise reporting and presentations for stakeholders
  • Contribute to process improvements across planning and reporting


Skills & Experience Required

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Experience in FP&A or a commercially focused finance role
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
  • Confident communicator, able to influence non-finance stakeholders
  • Good understanding of financial reporting and accounting fundamentals
  • Able to balance both strategic thinking and attention to detail
